Visa Type: Sticker Visa (06 Months/Triple)

1. Original passport and photocopy. (If you have a previous passport, you must Attached with New Passport. However, if you have lost your passport and do not have an Indian visa in your current passport, you must Attached a loss circular)
2. Photocopy of Voter ID Card/Photocopy of Smart Card.
3. Photocopy of birth certificate (Child Applicant)
4. Citizen’s certificate of the place of residence at present.
5. Copy of the electricity bill/Utility Bill Copy of the place where are currently living, which must be in your own name or in the name of the father or in the name of the mother and in the case of the wife in the name of the husband.
6. In case of tenants, the municipality or union council or city corporation has to give the certificate of tenants and a copy of the electricity bill of the house where the tenants is.
7. Trade license in case of current occupation paper or business, certificate in case of private service, copy of land deed or ledger in case of farmer, and photocopy of certificate or certificate of student ID by the institution for students. GO (Government Order) is vital for government employees.
8. One copy 2 “x 2” color (white background) picture.
9. Bank statement /Dollar endorsement /Active international credit card /Travel card. Provide the bank statement and the cover page of the check book in your own name and a photocopy of the inner Cheque page (Blank Cheque Page) or, at least 150 Dollars ($150) Endorsement certificate.
10. Medical Invitation letter from India with specific date.
11. All Medical original documents with Photocopy
12. Recommendation from the attending doctor in India in case of continued treatment in Indi

Business Visa

Visa Type: Sticker Visa (12/60 Months/Multiple)

Visa Fee: Free

1. Covering letter explaining purpose of visit and nature of business dealings
2. Introduction latter form chamber of commerce or other business forum
3. Registration certificate form chamber of commerce above
4. Income Tax Certificate
5. Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC) & Export Registration Certificate (ERC)
6. Introduction letter of Export
7. Valid Trade Licenses
8. ID Card & Visiting Card
9. Recent Electricity Bill/Utility Bill
10. Copy of VAT
11. Bank Solvency Certificate
12. Bank statement on L/C
13. Current LC copies
14. Bank statement /Dollar endorsement /Active international credit card /Travel card or at least 150 Dollars ($150) Endorsement certificate
15. If employed in a company or a private firm, a copy of the employment contract showing period of contract, designation & monthly salary of the applicant.
16. In case of participation in or visiting a trade/business exhibition/fair in India, details of the nature of participation and a copy of the invitation letter from the exhibition/fair authorities or Federation/Chamber concerned

Student Visa

Visa Type: Sticker Visa (Multiple)

Visa Fee: Free

1. Original passport and photocopy. (If you have a previous passport, you must Attached with New Passport. However, if you have lost your passport and do not have an Indian visa in your current passport, you must Attached a loss circular)
2. Original copy of Voter ID Card / Photocopy of Smart Card.                            
3. Photocopy of birth certificate if Not serve National/Smart Card
4. Citizen’s certificate of the place of residence at present.
5. Copy of the electricity bill/Utility Bill Copy of the place where you are currently living.
6. In case of tenants, the municipality or union council or city corporation has to give the certificate of tenants and a copy of the electricity bill of the house where the tenant is.
7. One copy 2 “x 2” color (white background) picture.
8. Bank Solvency & Bank statement
9. Educational all Certificate
10. Evidence of admission to the Institute/Course in a recognized University / Board in India;
11. Guarantee from parents/guardian, through the authorized Bank to the effect that the applicant has enough financial resources to support studies in India and that bank will remit the required foreign exchange on behalf of the parent/guardian;
12. Photocopies of relevant academic certificates on the basis of which admission is sought or has been obtained

Transit Visa
